All about Alliaura Marine brand
Alliaura Marine was founded in 1996, growing from the wreckage left behind by builder Jeantot Marine, which had produced the Privilège catamarans, and then expanded on in 2000 by the purchase of the Kirié shipyard, which used to produce the Feeling monohull series. It was following the bankruptcy of Jeantot Marine, that one of its customers, Alain Rabineau, founded the company Alliaura Marine. Renowned for the high quality of its products, both monohulls and catamarans, Alliaura's yachts have met with undeniable success, both with private individuals and charter companies. Unfortunately, after the catastrophic years following the economic crisis of 2008, Alliaura filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
Taken over by the German group Hanse Yachts, and renamed Privilège Yachts, the shipyard is now exclusively dedicated to the construction of travel catamarans. It is well known in the world of cabin rentals with its models Privilege 745, Privilege 585 and 495. Solidly built and designed for cabin cruising, the large Privilege catamarans deserve their well-earned reputation. The current range of Privilege catamarans consists of five models. The Privilege Signature 510, Signature 580, the Privilege Series 640 and 740 as well as a powercat, the Privilege Euphorie 5. The manufacture quality of the Feeling, 32 Di and 39 DI earned them incredible commercial success, as did their seaworthy qualities. The price of these yachts, which can be distinguished at a glance due to the flags on their hulls, remains high on the second-hand market, and the owners are not overpricing them in the least!
