All about Cyclades range

The rental boat market is all the more important as fleets are being rapidly renewed in line with trends and technical developments. On the other hand, rental companies have needs that don't exactly correspond to those of your average pleasure boater. It is for this purpose that Bénéteau has created the Cyclades range, partly based on the Océanis, as is the case with the Cyclades 39.3.

A rental sailboat must be easy to use, and as such, easy for clients to handle. It must be simple enough for everyone to find their marks easily, and quick to maintain and clean in the few hours set aside for these tasks between hires. Lastly, it must be resistant against misuse and inexpensive enough to make it attractive and easy to sell on. Cyclades: an easy-access range!
Built between 2005 and 2008, boats in the Cyclades range have it all. They are easy to handle with their double helm position, lazy-bag and simple rigging. The cockpit with a central table and bimini promises enjoyable moments and effortlessly evolves to welcome large crews.

The interior is just as appealing! Cherry red woodwork provides both light and warmth. Everything is designed without nooks for easy cleaning, and furniture is standardised throughout the range making it very easy to replace if needed.

Over its 3 years of existence, the Cyclades range has launched 3 models: a 39-footer, 43-footer and a 50-footer. Generally speaking, these boats have weathered the passage of time extremely well!

Cyclades: find your future boats

The range of boats centralizes models with similar characteristics, both in their design and in their use. A boat builder can have a range dedicated to racing-cruising yachts and another specializing in small outboard motor boats. The ranges of boats may need to evolve to better meet the expectations of boaters. Thus, certain ranges are disappearing to make way for new generations of boats.

Choosing your boat model from the range

Buying a new or used boat requires taking stock of your expectations as a future boat owner Here are the main questions to ask:

  • What is my maximum budget for buying a boat?
  • Do I have a berth available?
  • What is my boater profile?
