The Flyer is a sleek and versatile dayboat, suitable for both beginners and experienced hobbyists with high expectations. The Bénéteau Flyer 8 2020 is a large boat with an overall length of almost 8m. The Flyer 8 is more spacious thanks to its long hull, especially the interior which has a larger cabin in the Spacedeck and Sundeck versions. The Flyer 8 2020 is the latest single-engine boat in the Flyer range and is powered by Suzuki's DF 350; its largest V6 engine providing no less than 350 horsepower. This engine purrs and pushes extremely hard to say the least! It features all the ingredients needed to ensure the captain and co-captain (double bench seat) have an enjoyable time aboard.
But power without control is nothing, which is where the Bénéteau Airstep 2 hull comes into play; providing impeccable stability when cruising. The Flyer 8 packs in everything you would expect to find on a larger boat: a life raft locker integrated into the deck essential when picking up the pace, which is easily done thanks to the 340L tank and maximum speed of 43 knots. It also boasts a double cabin equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and bathroom. Ten passengers are easily accommodated in one of the cockpits in the Spacedeck version, while sun worshippers are sure to love the sunbathing area on the Sundeck version!
In terms of looks, the black aluminium T-Top (optional), large aft platforms and long hull windows create a sleeker finish which simply begs you to give it full throttle - and why hold back?
