All about Sun Odyssey 33 I version

Jeanneau's approach on the Sun Odyssey 33i ("i" for infusion) is to combine a true racing-cruising hull with a large interior volume for this length and add a host of customisation options to really transform the yacht. And nothing's missing from the interior volume - it has an "owner's" layout with two cabins, galley, saloon and chart table, while preserving an interior height of 1.90 m! Not bad on a 33'.
Designed by Marc Lombard, the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 33i was a great success with 500 built between 2009 and 2014. In the cockpit, a steering wheel and the genoa winches are installed aft while the mainsail and spinnaker winches remain on the roof.
Available in three different versions, GTE and PTE keelboat (1.90 m and 1.45 m draught) and double rudder lifting keel, it is a family cruising sloop which has 51 m2 of sail area upwind and is fitted with a 21 HP diesel engine on shaft line.
A "Performance" version radically transforms the boat with a taller mast, tri-radial sails made from mylar-taffeta fabric, an adjustable backstay, large winches, adjustable tracks and sheet travellers and a flexofold propeller - a real regatta sailboat arsenal!
