All about Oyster Marine brand
Based in Southampton, UK, Oyster Marine shipyards have been producing top-of-the-range liveable sailboats since 1973. Each boat is handcrafted from carefully selected materials.
Oyster's mission: to design and build yachts capable of sailing comfortably on every continent. The results speak for themselves: Oyster Marine sailboats have amassed over 90 round-the-world voyages and 20 million nautical miles.
Oyster Marine boats stand out thanks to their exceptional seakeeping qualities. They are liveable sailboats ranging from 56 feet to 125 feet. They can be sailed by just two people regardless of weather conditions. These boats are particularly appreciated by long-distance sailors, as well as by coastal cruising enthusiasts who find them ideal for unrestricted trips to sea.
The Oyster 565 was awarded the British Yachting Awards 2019 for best cruiser. Fourteen boats were sold in the first two years of production. This sailing cruiser features a spacious and luxurious interior while also delivering powerful and high-performance seafaring. The latest Oyster 1225 represents a promising step towards sailboats over 120 feet in length.
More than just a shipyard, Oyster Marine is a family driven by a passion for boating. A new page in their family history is written every time a sail is hoisted onto their boats.
