All about Sarnico brand
The Sarnico shipyard was founded in 1992 on the shores of Lake Iseo, near Bergamo in Lombardy, Italy. Taken over by the Foresti family in 1997, it became a major artisanal producer of luxury boats within just a few years. Performance is also key at the shipyard: its director, Luigi Foresti, has a stellar track record in competitions. He won the longest motorboat race in the world, Venise – Monte Carlo before going on to win first place in the Viareggio – Monte Carlo – Viareggio race in a Sarnico boat.
The Sarnico shipyard acquired Giacomo Colombo Spa in 2007, another historic Italian shipbuilder renowned in the world of high-end boats. This collaboration enabled the Sarnico Group to produce open boats with Colombo alongside a very comprehensive range of yachts in lengths of up to 24.85m, under the Sarnico name. At the entry point of the range sits the "small" Spider, a high-performance 13.43m sport boat, which also stays true to the sleek lines and layout that made the shipyard a success. Sarnico: a fusion of style and performance.
The large sun deck and cockpit with comfortable seating positioned behind the slender windscreen make stopovers as enjoyable as sailing. The hull is the work of Victory Design, widely renowned in the field of fast hulls, while the superstructures are designed by the Nuvolari Lenard studio. One of the best possible combinations of style and performance!
