All about Saver brand
Sicily, a land of sailors and economic hardship, where traditional shipbuilding has kept multiple generations of young men employed, has always been a shipbuilding haven. One of these shipbuilders, Guiseppe Sorbera founded Saver in 1986, for the construction of small open boats for leisure fishing and cruising. The Saver cabins soon followed, one of which, the Saver 650 Cabin Sport, was designed for cruising, while the second, the Savez 23 Cabin Fisher, was designed for fishing.
The current range includes lengths ranging from 5.20 m to 10 m and layouts such as open boats, walkarounds, and cruisers like the Saver Riviera 24, and pilothouse boats. Entirely produced in the group's two neighbouring factories, including fittings, this approach allows Saveur to keep its sales prices down and offer a particularly competitive product on the market while maintaining a level of craftsmanship superior to that of international industrial productions. When it comes to big companies, temporary workers come and go, but with smaller companies, it's hard to imagine letting a trained worker go...
Then, the 2000s saw the emergence of the semi-rigid wave, especially in Italy. And then it was only natural that an independent and expếrimental shipyard went down this route. So Saver has a wide range of semi-rigids with lengths ranging between 5.20 m and 8.20 m. With the help of its network of distributors, Saver met with immediate success on releasing its RIBs and now offers all types of boats, both inboard and outboard, with lengths of less than 10 m.
