All about Valiant brand

Until recently, Valiant, the brand of semi-rigid boats was marketed by the Brunswick Corporation group, a major player in the boating industry, with the Mercury, Mariner and Quicksilver brands, among others. Keen to add a range of inflatable boats suited to European tastes to its catalogue, American group Brunswick launched the Valiant brand, a comprehensive line of semi-rigid boats. After having long marketed Vanguard boats produced in Portugal, the group chose Italian shipyard Arimar to produce its inflatable boats. The tastes and expectations of sailors evolve rapidly when it comes to semi-rigid boats, with Arimar being renowned for its creativity and the good quality/price ratio of its boats. As such, the aim was to create boats featuring more modern looks than those in the old range. Interior space was increased and the profile of the boats became slimmer and more sporty. Progressive tube profiles enabled this development, in addition to lengthwise assembly according to the Italian method. Valiant: the semi-rigid boat of choice for families!

Production is split across 2 lines, Sport and Comfort, in sizes ranging from 5m to 7.60m. These are enjoyable, comfortable, reliable and safe boats for use on family outings, but the life of brands is far from a long, calm river! In February 2020, the Brunswick Group chose to offload several brands, including Valiant, which was fortunately taken over by its Italian manufacturer, Arimar. The company continues to manufacture and market these simple boats that are perfectly in line with demand from boaters simply wishing to sail without extra equipment or power.
