It is an excellent Turkish Gulet built in Turkey in 1988; in 1998, it arrived in the Balearic Islands, sailing in local waters until today. In 2018 the boat had a major restyling that makes it unique, offering its customers maximum comfort. The price is negotiable! 

The boat is in excellent condition of quadrants and keels; every year, it must pass an inspection by the island's captain to confirm the hull's excellent condition and equipment. It is a boat designed for excursions optimizing all the spaces, the kitchen has been equipped to cook paella on board, and the common areas are dedicated to the total rest of the guests. The hull of this boat is totally restored. 

DOCUMENTS AND PERMITS
In 2021 the ship entered list 2 of the Spanish registry. It is authorized to transport 25 passengers plus three crew members, which makes it the only ship on the island capable of transporting more than 12 pax, thus classifying it as a boat for excursions.
In 2020 the company became a "Port Concessionaire", which is a company that can work and develop its business in the Port areas, bypassing the Marinas directly.
In 2021 she received authorization from the port company as an excursion boat and the only boat/schooner with a commercial premise in the port of Savina.
In 2021 we received the authorization to buy fuel with a 50% discount because it is a transit vessel.

The documentation on this boat is invaluable; a berth of this size is worth 60-70k a year; we pay 5k in the summer and 3.4k in the winter.

The ship works silently from the beginning of May to the end of October, developing a vital rotation.

The boat is on the 2nd Spanish list, which means it is a boat passenger that can carry more than 12 people. This has many advantages; it can carry 25 persons in more than three crews. In addition, it is recognised as an excursion boat. Therefore, she has a place in the commercial harbour and a 50% discount on fuel taxes. Every year she has an inspection. She can sail for 3 miles from the coast, but this permission can be extended. With this vessel classification, you can invoice with 10% of IVA. There are many fiscal and commercial advantages. 

The boat is fully refurbished, €70.000 has been spent only in the engine room. The seller is open to collaborating with the new owner in managing the business and sales.

El barco está en la 2ª lista española, lo que significa que es un barco de pasajeros que puede llevar a más de 12 personas. Esto tiene muchas ventajas; puede transportar a 25 personas en más de tres tripulaciones. Además, está reconocido como barco de excursiones. Por lo tanto, tiene una plaza en el puerto comercial y un descuento del 50% en los impuestos sobre el combustible. Todos los años se somete a una inspección. Puede navegar a 3 millas de la costa, pero este permiso puede ampliarse. Con esta clasificación de buque, puede facturar con un 10% de IVA. Hay muchas ventajas fiscales y comerciales.
