How are contact requests organised in the Band of Boats messaging system?
When a potential buyer wants to receive information about one of your boats for sale listings, a new conversation is automatically created in your Band of Boats messaging system.
To access these conversations:
- Go to the Messages section of your Band of Boats account. You will first see the listings that have received contact requests.
- Click on the boat model to view the contact requests. You will then see all conversations created for an ad.
- Click on a conversation again to view the exchanges.
