She has living –dining area, Queen sized master bedroom, a double second bedroom, wardrobe room, which was previously used as 2x bunk bedroom, 2 part galley kitchen, bathroom adjoining master bedroom with bath, toilet and sink with original cabinets, a full height separate shower room with rain-shower head along with a wheel house which has seating for 6 and provides a 360 degree view of marina and canary wharf skyline.

She has recently returned from dry-dock and superstructure has also been refurbished.

She is on a residential mooring which is transferable for a feee to marina operatives.

The marina itself has 4 gold anchors, a separate facilities block, cleaned twice daily and 24hrs hot water along with disabled access, social area and a garden maintained by residents.

Parking can be obtained for residential customers for an annual /monthly fee.
