All about Quicksilver Activ 605 model
Founded in 1970, Quicksilver combines fun and style with functionality and safety. The brand has been part of the American Brunswick Group, world leader in pleasure boating, since 1990, resulting in high levels of innovation and production.
The Activ range was launched in 2010 and comprises boats ranging from 4.50m to 8.50m long, meticulously designed for fun and family use. The Quicksilver Activ 605 won the Boat of the Year 2017 Award organised by Moteur Boat. This 5.95m-long boat has a 150hp outboard engine. A propulsion system that reaches a cruising speed of 21 knots with peak speeds of 39 knots!
It is available in two versions:
- Quicksilver Activ 605 Open with centre console and convertible forward platform;
- Quicksilver Activ 605 Sundeck with forward sun deck and berth below deck.
The forward bench seat and table convert into a spacious sun deck. An aft gate provides access to the swim platform when the boat is stationary and secures the cockpit when in motion. We particularly love the high freeboards and marine hull with protruding strakes that effortlessly handles choppy seas. From ski masts and ample storage space to large gangways, this boat caters for all scenarios.
