A 2022 custom-made floating shop, a unique and rare opportunity. Originally intended to serve ice creams, drinks and snacks but can easily be converted into a compact live-aboard. It has an outboard bracket and steering system which can be connected easily if necessary. This boat is made from a treated wooden frame, is very well insulated and then cladded with composite and constructed on top of 2 EPS foam filled pontoons. It has double serving hatches, sink with mains operated hot water and lighting. The price advertised is without the fridge, ice cream machine, coffee machine, ice machine, shelving and till system but these are open to negotiation. We also have a Whisper Generator should this be of interest. Please note that the boat is currently moored on a storage mooring near Hampton Court, where trading is not permitted. However, it previously held council approval for trading from its mooring in Kingston.
