Why and how do I export contact requests received ?

If you have a professional seller account on Band of Boats, export the requests received on your ads in .csv format. This action allows you to receive by e-mail or download a synthetic spreadsheet of all the contact details of your prospects.

To export your contact requests : 

• Click on the settings icon next to the icon to filter your conversations. This action will allow you to access the email settings.
• Then click on Export Contact Requests.
• Choose your settings. You can choose to select all contact requests or choose a period. Then choose the file format (if you do not have automatic import, select Band of Boats). All that remains is to "Download the file" or choose to receive it by e-mail.
• Click on Export to trigger the export of your contact requests.

Note: You can also choose to export the data for a single contact by clicking on the "Export Contact" button from the information pane.
