Barracuda 6: an entry-level sport-fisher
Launched by the Beneteau shipyard in 2017, the Barracuda 6 is the newest in the Barracuda range. Ideal for fishing or coastal cruising, it includes all the sporty, versatile and robust characteristics of its sisters.
A wheelhouse ideal for fishing. Built on the latest hull, it offers excellent planing and stability at sea. In addition, its roof is equipped with rod holders, and its 360-degree wheelhouse vision makes it bright and easy to move around. It has raised walkways and pulpits. A second fishing station is available at the front.
On the inside, the driving station is to starboard. There is a large stowage area convertible into an extra bed with a marine toilet. The Scandinavian styling with anthracite gray interior facilitates maintenance.
In terms of performance, the boat comes in 3 versions, 90, 115 and 140hp. It can accommodate 6 people with a cruising speed of 17 to 20 knots and a maximum speed of 28 knots with a 115 hp engine.
