I did not receive an email to activate my Band of Boats account

Your account has to be activated before you can contact a boat seller or place an ad.


Here are some tips to help you activate your account:


Log in with the user ID you have chosen (your e-mail address + password). You will automatically receive an e-mail to activate your account. However, you can choose to validate your account by SMS.


If you still have not received an e-mail to activate your account :


Go to My account > My profile > My validations and ask to receive the validation e-mail again.


If you have made a mistake in your e-mail address, click on modify (in the previous section My details), correct your e-mail address and validate. A new e-mail to activate your account will be sent to you.
