ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 42

The Leopard 42 is the organic evolution towards the next generation of our award-winning line of catamarans. Built by Robertson & Caine and designed by Naval Architects, Simonis & Voogd, together they have created a revolutionary design that has exceeded expectations by offering much more than expected. This was all accomplished while maintaining their signature balance of uncompromising comfort and performance.

Exterior styling has been matched to the modern look of the award-winning Leopard 50, which features continuous hull side windows, a continuous hardtop and what has quickly become our signature overhead lounge area.

The interior design adopted the styling developed for the award-winning Leopard 53 Powercat. With modern contrasts, indirect lighting and elegant finishes, the Leopard 42 brings more luxury and elegance to the range of Leopard sailboats. All double beds are now island beds allowing access from both sides. With windows in all permitted spaces, natural light is amplified.

This unit is the 3 stateroom / 3 bath owner model, all staterooms include their own private bathrooms. Additionally, all bathrooms include their own designated shower area; a feature not currently found on catamarans in this length range.

In the saloon, it has a part of the glass roof, as well as an additional window in the aft starboard corner that looks towards the navigation station seat. The forward facing L shaped kitchen is sure to appeal to any chef!

The Leopard 42 has the unmistakable DNA of a Leopard catamaran with many new technologies and construction techniques used to make it a magnificent ocean-going catamaran with a sense of space, comfort and performance previously only found on significantly larger models.

230V Shore Power Pack: Includes 2 x 16A ports and 2 x 16A standard shore power inlets with 2 x 50ft heavy duty shore power lines. AC switch panel, HWC 230V conversion and AC sockets in cabins, saloon, galley and navigation station.

Inverter/Battery Charger: 12V - 230V/3.0 kW inverter with 120A charge rate, including remote control panel.

Upgrade change from standard lead acid house and motor batteries to AGM batteries. Two additional AGM household batteries (210 Ahr) - 4 total. Cabin fans; Electric sheet metal winches - (3) (instead of standard winches).
