LAGOON 440

Catamaran LAGOON 440 owner version built in 2008, very little used and never rented. It has been carefully maintained and permanently upgraded. The oldest and original engine has 1300 Hrs while other one has been changed last year and shows less than 50 Hrs of usage. The sails have been reconditionned and reinforced last year. The rigging is original and has been positively surveyed in 2022. The tender Highfield (aluminium semi rigid) is only 3 years old and in almost new condition and so is the outboard motor 2 strokes 9.9 (15 hp) Suzuki. The trampolines are of 2022. The Liferaft is of 2022. The solar panels with VICTRON regulation have been installed in 2021/22 and give to the boat a full autonomy in Electricity without any need neither to use the 3 KVA Generator nor to start the engines. The charger of shore power is of 2022. The winches are regularly maintained and the 3 electrics one's contactors are of 2021. The windlass motor has been replaced in March 2023. The Sea Recovery watermaker's pump has been converted to 12 Volts with a new motor in 2022. The boat's interior always carefully protected and cared about does'nt look at all its age and is in excellent condition. This owner version consist in three main double berth with possibility to convert the lobby small table and sofa into another double berth. This along with the two skipper bows cabin raise the sleeping capacity of the boat to 10 people. All 3 toilets are electric with the pumps maintained or changed in 2022. The mattress and slats are also in very good condition. The kitchen is very well equipped with one gaz oven and burners, one micro wave, and a very convenient stainless steel triple sink, two refrigerators and a ig deep freezer. Laundry washing machine in the owner's cabin. The electronic equipments include a plotter, Radar, AIS installed in 2022 and VHF also fitted in 2022, depth sounder of 2021, wind speed and direction, satellite telephone Irridium Go, portable waterproof  VHF of 2021, Emergency Beacon EPIRB. The boat was pulled out of the water in last April, pressure washed with antifouling applied, ZDrive and propellers serviced.
