SUNSEEKER CARIBBEAN 52. Liveaboard, floating "cottage", houseboat, pleasure yacht, etc. This beautiful Sunseeker can be used for everything. There is plenty of room for the family, it is well and functionally furnished and really useful in all respects. Board aft via the door on the port side, or use the electric gangway if there is a height difference between platform and bridge. The aft area, which has a canopy, has comfortable sofas on both sides and plenty of space for a table, barbecue, outerwear, swimwear, etc. From here there is access to the large flybridge where all instruments can be controlled. Great area to enjoy the sun, drink coffee, have lunch, etc. There is the most beautiful view from up here over the entire harbor area. The large 3-piece sliding doors can be slid aside and the boat opens up, with a large sofa to starboard and cabinets/bar to port. Here is also the entrance to the boat's kitchen where there is a stove, extractor hood, hot/cold pressurized water, fridge/freezer and entrance to a large storage room where a washing machine is installed. This room has previously been a "crew" cabin, and this can easily be established again, so you get an extra cabin with its own toilet. After the kitchen there is a large saloon to port, with plenty of room for a large family or visiting friends. Opposite this seating group is a large, comfortable captain's cabin with excellent visibility and all instruments. From the saloon you can descend to 2 identical cabins, each with 2 separate beds, well furnished and plenty of space. Straight ahead is the "master cabin" with a large, high double bed and plenty of drawers and cupboards for storage. In this part of the boat there are also 2 toilets with a shower in both.
