TIO is a superbly well presented one owner version of the Leader 36.

A 2017 model (built 2016) she was first registered and commissioned in September 2018 and has been lightly used and well maintained by her owners. Balance of manufacturers warranty is transferrable.

2 x Volvo D4 300 engines with the upgraded joystick controls. She also has a bow thruster as well.

Her owner has made a few nice additions to the equipment list, adding to the comfort and ease of use on board. She has been very well maintained during his ownership and service history is available on request.

With low hours and some warranty remaining, this is a lovely boat and it is with heavy heart that she is being offered for sale in the first place. Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the condition and whole package on offer.

By Car from M27 coming from the West:

• Leave M27 at junction 8, and turn right at the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road, signposted Hamble A3024
• At the next (Tesco) roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A27/Providence Hill
• Continue for about 1.0 mile then turn right into Swanwick Marina at traffic lights.

By Car from M27 coming from the East:

• Leave M27 at junction 9, and turn left at the roundabout at end of slip road
• Turn right at next roundabout, signposted Hamble A27
• Continue along A27 for about 3 miles, turn left into Swanwick Marina at traffic lights. Sea Ventures are in an office overlooking the marina

By Rail:

• Nearest station is Bursledon on the Southampton – Portsmouth line

• Nearest mainline is Southampton Airport on the main London – Southampton line
