How do I submit an ad to sell a boat?
On Band of Boats, you can post an ad to sell your new or used boat. Discover the main steps to follow!
Step 1: Log in and go to the ad repository
Start by logging into Band of Boats with your username (your email address) and the password you have chosen. Then click the "Sell" button located at the top right of your window.
Step 2: Fill in the main information for the ad
Remember to have the following items ready for submitting your ad:
- Model of your boat
- Year of construction of your boat
- Location of your boat
- At least one exterior photo of your boat
- Key features (length, material, etc.)
Step 3: Enter your selling price and post your ad
Your ad is ready to be posted, go to the payment stage (€12/ad) and validate the publication. Our team will check the information you provided before your ad is visible online. You will receive a confirmation email once your ad has been validated.
Step 4: Choose a paid option (optional) to help you sell your boat.
You can add up to three photos for free, but if you want to add more, we suggest that you pay for an Unlimited Photos Pack at this stage.Do you want to draw attention to your ad on our site? At this stage, you can also choose the Visibility Pack option which will put your ad at the top of the search results on our site.
Step 5: Add a description, fill in the inventory of your boat, etc.
If you want the odds on your side, you can fill in the inventory for your boat and display a complete and detailed ad for buyers.
