What papers/documents do I have to provide when people view my boat?
When you show your boat, your goal is to achieve a sale. We therefore advise you to bring the following papers and documents:
- pleasure boat licence, preferably completed beforehand
- purchase invoice or deed of sale
- French registration deed
- sailing licence
- maintenance or repair bills
- service book
- deregistration certificate
- declaration of conformity with European safety requirements, if the boat is already located in Europe
