Description

This Sirena Pedrick 40 is in great conditions, constantly maintained by her third owner.
Builded in Finland by Lito Marin shipyard, on a design of David Pedrick, famous for America One project, she is one of the only 22 produced, all semicustom boats from a country that gave us Swan and X-yachts

Very comfortable can easily accommodate up to 6 in her spacious 2 cabin plus saloon.

Cabin heating, good electronics and strong seaworthy properties.

Spirit of Zoya is a fine cruising yacht. She has never been raced or chartered with only family use from new.

GRP Bluewater cruising with bermudan cutter rig and fin keel designed by Dave Pedrick and built by Oy Sirena Ab, Finland and launched 1997

Engine is a Nanni 43hp .

Comfortable aft cockpit with wheel steering.

Mechanicals

Engine serviced regularly at least every 200 hours, or each winter haul out.

Owners Comments

She was built in Finland by Sirena Yachts in Linberg consulting to a design by Dave Pedrick the designer of America One the 12m design. .

She was cruised by the first owner in Finland until 2005 then sailed to Lymington water where she was sold to her second owner. They sadly had an accident had had to sell her to us in 2009.

We bought her north via North Sea,Orkney and Shetland. We have kept her at Clyde Marina where we did seasonal 6 months afloat cruising the West coast of Scotland with each winter ashore.
