Boat in excellent condition. Below is a list of work carried out over the years:

Lafori carried out in 2004 (complete refitting):

Construction of teak deck, 11 mm thick, bonded with epoxy resin All after removal of the previous teak deck and resin coating of the fibreglass deck to make it suitable for fitting the new deck.
Teak covering of the cockpit seats and dunnage
Supply and assembly of 3 anodised aluminium manholes.
Supply and installation of 8 anodised aluminium opening portholes with mosquito nets (to replace the fixed portholes that come as standard).
Complete replacement of teak coping
Replacement of 14 polished brass interior lamps with halogen bulbs.
Replacement of toilet and related piping.
Supply and installation of a 220 volt, 45 litre boiler and its electrical connections and to the on-board water system (currently to be overhauled).
Supply and installation of a stainless steel gas oven.
Supply of a BRUCE type 20 kg anchor.
De-masting, complete mast inspection with replacement of halyards and rigging, re-masting and tuning.
Zero scraping of the entire hull, application of 2 coats of
AQUASTOP, filling, shaving, application of primer and 2 coats of antifouling.
Sealing of the bulb.
Installation and connection of two new tanks, after 
dismantling and removal of the previous tanks.
Supply and installation of new rudder wheel, with revision of the compass.
Installation of new VHF antenna and new anchor light.
Replacement of all gas piping, taps, and pressure regulator.
Supply and installation of a new furling reel, replacing the previous one, previously dismantled.
Installation of 2 watertight sockets for the GPS.
Replacement of all sockets from the sea.
Elimination of the previous water system and construction of a new system with bronze fittings.
Dismantling of instruments previously installed on board and installation of a Tridata, with the necessary modifications.
Stuccoing and polishing the hull and deckhouse.
Stripping and repainting of all interiors and painting of lockers.
Installation of new gangway and related hardware.
Emptying and cleaning of the diesel tank, with pressing to check tightness and replacement of piping.
Creation and assembly of new bow stern
Replacement and assembly of a new windscreen, with sealing.
Replacement of cockpit scuppers.
Replacement of 4 draughts with new ones and their stainless steel terminals.
Miscellaneous work: removal of all interior fabric, scraping and application of new white fabric, replacement of all mast hardware, tensioners, etc..
Supply and fitting of splash guard canopy and rudder cover.

Engine completely overhauled in 2005.
