 A prestigious ocean class sailing yacht BENETEAU OCEANIS 46 (3 cabin, Owner's Version) 2008 year of build. This yacht heralds a new era in the history of blue water cruising yachts. The hull and deck plan are the work of the Berret Racoupeau design office. Their designs have led to the creation of an aesthetically powerful and attractive yacht with remarkable sea keeping qualities. The interior architecture and design are by Nauta Design. This great Italian name, a benchmark in the super yacht world, has helped the Océanis 46 achieve her true personality one of contemporary lines where luminosity, comfort and wellbeing take precedence on board. She is a superb example of a beautiful family cruising yacht. The Oceanis 46 offers a true balance between elegance, performance, and comfort. Her deck and cockpit layout make her an easy boat to sail doublehanded, perfect for the cruising couples who want a little more space. Great example of first class maintenance from very first beginning till today. This yacht must be seen to be believed as you certainly would not think she was a 2008 model! She is immaculate inside and out, she has clearly been meticulously maintained and upgraded. We would consider her to be in one of the best conditions for her age. This boat is in excellent general condition, fully equipped including numerous enhancements and ready to continue bluewater navigation and new nautical adventures. Starboard double aft cabin has central double berth, wardrobe 1, storage spaces near the bed, small bedside table with mirror, 2 Reading lights and en-suite head compartment with toilet (Jabsco manual marine), sink and separate shower stall. Port double aft cabin has central double berth, wardrobe 1, storage spaces near the bed, bedside small table with mirror, 2 Reading lights. Marine mattresses for all cabin bunks (with orthopedic grilles included). The spacious U-Shaped saloon has the big size folding dinner table with comfortable settee (ivory vinyl leather upholstery) for up to 6-8 guests, storage under bench seats, 3 Flush deck hatches with mosquito blind and top two panoramic portholes with curtains. Samsung 43" flat screen T.V. New 2023. Radio CD MP3 player complete with stereo speakers.
