Remarks :
The  Beneteau First 31.7 has earned the reputation of being  one of the very best cruiser racers available. The Beneteau First 31.7 is a fast, high pointing racer which has won silverware all over the world. She also excels as a cruiser with all the comforts that will keep the most demanding crew happy on extended cruises.
Gemstone has a very good suit of sails and her hull is kept in race condition along with her deck equipment .  
For cruising comfort she has hot and cold pressurized water system and hot air heating. Her heads are large with a shower and wet weather gear hanging space. The galley has a refrigerator, two burner grill and plenty of dry storage. She sleeps 6 in two double cabins and the saloon. The saloon has a large folding dining table that will sit six. The head room is over 6ft.
Gemstone is very easily sailed short or single handed ,all lines lead back to the cockpit, and there is a electric winch which was new in 2023 and autohelm.
This Beneteau First 31.7 has been well maintained and upgraded by her present owner.
She is available to be viewed afloat in Lymington 7 days a week.
