The Zeeschouw Kok, named "Schouwspel," is a charming cabin sailing yacht built in 1963 by the renowned Kok yard in Huizen. With a rich history of sailing the Wadden Sea and IJsselmeer, this boat is an heirloom of adventure and sailing pleasure.

With her wooden mast and four sails - mainsail, jib, jib and storm jib - the Schouwspel offers versatile sailing. Her tiller steering makes her agile and responsive on the water, while her single rudder ensures stability and control even in challenging conditions.

What makes this boat truly special is her effortless sailing characteristics. She is easy to sail and responds well to the wind, cutting through the water quickly and sharply, especially when sailing at full rig. These characteristics make her ideal for pleasure cruising, vacations and sport sailing.

Although the boat has some flaws, the engine is still working and most of the technical problems have been addressed and improved since the purchaseg. Accommodation on board includes a dining area, mattresses for five berths, and although there is no kitchenette or toilet, she still provides a comfortable environment for sailors.

With her classic look, reliable performance and rich history, the "Spectacle" is a boat ready to welcome new owners to her next chapter of adventure on the water.

Spectacle was last out of the water in 2022 for underwater hull maintenance. See also the attached documents.
