BAVARIA 44 – 1993, EU VAT Paid status. This is one of Bavaria more successful models of large sailboats. With its fine lines, large spaces and well-built hull and interior the boat is perfect for those looking for a great boat for a good price. In-side very bright and roomy Salon. Plenty of hatches and windows that provide great airflow and light. Master Cabin in the bow with en-suite bathroom and lots of storage. Two separate double cabins in the aft with nice storage and wardrobes. On the port side is a nice second bathroom, also with shower. Along the port side you find a kitchen counter with 2-burner stove, refrigerator and 2 separate sinks. The Salon has a very large table, a U-shaped sofa on starboard side and a two-person sofa on the other side of table. You sit comfortable 8 persons around the table. The boat is generally well maintained with, among others upgrades, a new Teak Deck - 2006. Keel was dismounted and keel bolts replaced, and reinforcement updated 2023. Furthermore, the boat has good additional equipment such as, autopilot, bow thruster, holding tank with deck drainage, dinghy with outboard engine and others. Boat History: 2 owners. Never charter. First owner bought boat in 1993. Sailed across the Atlantic to Caribbean, Cruised Caribbean for 4 years and returned to Europe. Home port has since then been Lagos and boat used for local sailing and live aboard when owner been in Lagos.
