BENETEAU FIRST 41S5

Versatility, marine quality and original solutions are the strengths of the First 41 s5 which arise from the collaboration between Bénéteau and the designer Philippe Strack. Produced in about 350 units from 1989 to 1994, it is offered in three bulb versions: keel with low draft fins, long cast iron keel or the more sporty version in lead. The design of the deckhouse is pleasant, rounded and equipped with numerous hatches, even if it certainly does not facilitate the mobility of the crew in demanding sailing conditions. The mast with a 9/10 split rig has two orders of quartered spreaders without flying shrouds.
