8.5 tons of lead in the keel 
During rebuild all chain plates refitted and new solid teak, bronze covered rubbing strikes both sides were mounted. New spars, vangs and standing rigging was installed, and three sails replaced. Self-tacking jib and main sails, sheeted mizzen sail made by Van Vliet Sailmaker in Netherlands

Navigation 
The complete navigation equipment was installed 2015, compass, one set B & G with N2K connectivity, including 4G radar, one set Raymarine instruments as back up. N2K B&G wind and direction sender on top of main mast
N2K to USB connection to computer
Simrad autopilot controlled by two independent B&G plotters. Hydraulic steering revised, new pump, cylinder and valves.
Mechanical
Perkins engine 135 hp and gearbox completely rebuilt 2014, correctly sized bronze propeller installed 2019. New engine instruments and engine controls 2012

Shaft and its cutlass bearings replaced and volvo seal
Aquadrive flexible coupling installed 2018
Aft bearing bulkhead re-newed as well as a new bulkhead for Aquadrive built in. Shaft-bearing bulkhead replaced, 2018, new in fibreglass.
Kohler generator 7EFKOZD 7 kW, 1500 rpm in sound shield box, 2014, 80 hrs. Water separator to avoid water noise from exhaust while running.
Automatic fire extinguisher in engine room
Exhaust and fittings for both engine and generator replaced
Bow thuster repaired and overhauled, new controls fitted and wired.
All seven tanks replaced, each fitted with a N2K tank gauge.

Cockpit winches where removed and new brackets made that hide the bolts in a S/S plate to avoid damage to cockpit cushions. The entire cockpit teak capping was replaced 2014. 
Upholstery renewed as needed. 
All deck hatches replaced, two new hatches added .Teak deck replaced as needed. Two decklights on each mast 
Superstructure taken back and painted 2013, all nine windows re-bedded. Hull painted in 2016
